Application
Burns and Abrasions: Apply to affected area 4 – 6 times per day. If necessary, cover with breathable plaster patch.
Rashes / Bites: Apply to insect bites as required to soothe irritation. For spider bites, alternate Resurfacing Balm with the application of Ozone Balm.
Bedsores / Slow Healing Wounds: Apply 2 – 3 times per day to the affected area. If necessary, cover with breathable plaster patch.
Cracked Skin: For cracked heels, apply directly to the cracks and secure with a durable material plaster overnight. For prevention, apply Multi-Purpose Cream daily. For cracked nipples associated with breastfeeding, apply Resurfacing Balm hourly if required. It is not necessary to remove all traces before feeding. Simply remove excess.
Chapped / Chafed Skin: Resurfacing Balm is ideal for the prevention and treatment of cracked lips. Regular application will prevent fever blisters. A severe breakout of fever blisters will respond particularly well to the application of Ozone Balm. Skin that has been chafed through friction recovers particularly well when treated with Resurfacing Balm.
Excessively Dry Skin: This product is ideal for protection against extreme climatic conditions. Retrieve a minuscule amount of Resurfacing Balm, rub between the hands to ‘melt’ balm. Press on to the cheeks and other affected areas. It is essential to apply the balm OVER the usual moisture cream.
Caution: Avoid direct contact with the eyes since essential oils may be irritating to mucous membranes.
