Hi, I am Ulandi Minnaar, and I would love to welcome you to Bella Essenza Skin Clinic—a space where expert skincare meets genuine human connection (and where bad skin days come to get their eviction notice!).

For over 24 years, I have been deeply passionate about skin health, but even more than that, I have been passionate about people. To me, skincare isn’t just about treating the skin—it’s about understanding the person behind it. Your journey, your concerns, your unique beauty, and your challenges. That is why I have created a space where you are not just another appointment on the schedule—you are heard, valued, and cared for.

A Little About My Journey

Bella Essenza opened its doors in March 2013, but my love for this industry started long before that. After completing my qualifications at Isa Carstens Academy of Health and Skin Care, I went on to earn my Master’s in Advanced Clinical Therapies and Spa Management. From there, I set off on an adventure—working aboard Royal Caribbean cruise liners with Steiner Transocean Ltd., gaining invaluable experience in international skincare.

When I returned home after two and a half years abroad, I joined SKIN Wellness Spas & Clinics, where I worked my way up from therapist to clinic manager and eventually operations manager. Then, in 2006, I took a leap and opened my first business, The Urban Spa—a thriving clinic that I later sold to focus on my growing family.

That’s when Bella Essenza was born—a dream of blending my passion for skincare with the intimacy of a home-based clinic in Durbanville. For the past 12 years, it has been more than just a skin clinic; it has been a sanctuary. A place of renewal, transformation, and trust.
